These are direct replacement struts which come complete with 2.25” diameter race springs on adjustable ride height platforms. The strut tubes are made from thick walled CDS tube for extra strength and finished in zinc coating. They incorporate bronze bearings to support the inverted 40mm diameter Bilstien gas pressurised damper insert. The bottom of the front strut tube incorporates a billet machined steel stub to fit in the Ford upright. This makes for a super strong strut assembly, rugged enough for the most adverse motorsport applications. Spring platforms, top cups and locking rings are all alloy, the springs are high quality race spec, rated as requested by the user (if requested).
Ideally they need to be fitted with the spherical bearing top mounts (priced extra), but can be supplied for use with the normal Ford rubber isolator top mounting.
Top spec and quality and not to be compared with any cheaper options.
We are confidant that if not missused no modifications are required to the rear turrets.
